In Person or Online Counselling
I offer both in-person counselling sessions and Telehealth (video) counselling to meet your needs

With the onslaught of COVID-19, there have been many challenges. I am pleased to be able offer in-person counselling as well as offer the new wave of counselling online. I take your health and safety seriously and take the same precautions to protect myself from exposure to the virus. Safety precautions are strictly adhered to with in-person visits. Please feel free to ask me more about the COVID-19 protocols and precautions I am taking by scheduling a free phone consultation.
